MCEBuddy is great and does exactly what I need, but I have seen several blue screens of death whilst using it.
I used to have it on my 32 bit media center which had some blue screens whilst using MCE Buddy but it also had some without so I put it down to the hardware. I have recently installed 1.1 on my newer PC (dual core) and I had a blue screen yesterday and it crashed over night (PC had rebooted, I left it running MCEBuddy). I have not had a blue screen recently before this.
Obviously it may not be 100% related to MCE Buddy but I thought I would mention it. My newer PC is mildly OC'ed, I will try putting it back to normal and running some stress tests.
Not sure if there are any logs I can provide. I have mainly recoded normal MCE (Win7) recordings to the h.274 (mp4) no resize with ad removal to a USB hard disk.
Taken off OC, ran overnight ok, will see how it goes.
