MCEBuddy 1.0.8 Commercial Removal Update

This file updates both Comskip and ShowAnalyzer profiles for MCEBuddy.

Existing users note:

You must be using MCEBuddy 1.0.8 if you are using Comskip based commercial removal (the default). This is due to bugs in Comskip for builds later than 100 with DVR-MS files. MCEBuddy 1.0.8 contains Comskip build 100.
If you are using ShowAnalyzer, you use use build 0.92 (the current version) prior versions have issues, in particular version 0.91 under Vista

Phredeaux's commercial removal profiles

These are what Phredeaux uses at the moment for commercial skipping. They are more aggressive than those supplied by default in MCEBuddy.

To use the Comskip one, put comskip.ini into the C:\Program Files\Tyrell\MCEBuddy

To use the ShowAnalyzer one, put Default.ini into C:\Program Files\Dragon Global\ShowAnalyzer\Settings

Works well with Australian Television and passes the AFL Game test (hardest ad removal/transcode combination I can find)
