Monitoring files- regenerations if rename or move output file

It looks like MCE buddy checks that there is an output file for every file in the watched directory.  The problem with this is that if you rename an output file or delete an output file without first deleting/moving the  source file, MCE buddy regenerates another conversion.  Is there anyway around this?

I see there is a delete original checkbox, but this is kind of dangerous with COMSKIP as sometimes you need to go back to the original.  I was thinking of somehow having files copied from the original recorded directory into another directory watched by MCE Buddy and then checking the "Delete original" checkbox.  Anyone have an elegant way to do that or any other suggestions to avoid getting regenerated conversions you don't really want?

In 1.x there's no way to change the selection behaviour.  1.1 wil remember what it has converted and will not convert it again.

The other option you are talking about is similar to the "sync delete" feature that has been requested elsewhere on this site.  Though I/we have not yet worked out the best way to approach it.

Since failed conversions can happen or the format desired may change, it would be nice if the list of 'converted' files could be manipulated to allow them to be converted again.

anyone find a solution for the source files to be re-converted?

Delete or move the converted file under 1.0.x.

Under 2.x you can select it, once its out of beta.
