I just hooked up my new AppleTV (yay!) and was excited to start using it to watch a bunch of shows that I had sitting around. I've set MCEBuddy up to convert the shows (MS-DVR) to H.264 using the Apple Compatible format (No Resize) and everything converted great and I can view them in iTunes. However - they won't sync to my Apple TV...is there a setting that I'm missing? Should I be using a different profile? If anyone has MCEBuddy working with their AppleTV, please let me know how you got things to work...

It should work. However, in MCEBuddy 2.0 we have a new apple profile, so if you can test it against your AppleTV while you are one the beta, that would be appreciated.
