Has anyone done any transcoding speed comparisons on the same hardware between a 32 and 64 bit version of Windows? Just wondering if Transcoding is one of those things that benefits from 64 bit architecture.

Not much that I've noticed. The biggest benefit of 64 bit is avaiable memory and video transcoding only cares about CPU performance.
