    Watch folder problems

Hi, I'm new to MCEBuddy, and have run into a little problem that hopefully someone can help me with.

All of my MCE Recordings go into 'D:\Recorded TV' and i've made a subfolder called 'To Be Transcoded' inside (so D:\Recorded TV\To Be Transcoded). I want it so that only the recordings in the 'To Be Transcoded' folder will be converted.

If i set the watch folder to D:\Recorded TV then things start to transcode immediately, but if i point it at the 'To Be Transcoded' folder it just sits at 'Started -Idle'. I've tried various things like:
    - Renaming 'To Be Transcoded' to TBT (thinking was that it was having trouble with all the spaces)
    - moving the TBT folder to d:\TBT (thinking 2nd level subfolders may not work)
    - changing the direct path to a UNC one, including all login details.

MCEBuddy does not complain about the folder, it just seems that it cannot see the files inside (i've tried with and without the filename extension setting)
My thinking is that MCEBuddy is relying on some sort of published DB from MediaCenter, and so doesnt recognise the manually moved files. I can't find any errors in the event logs

FYI i'm running the 1.0.8 64 bit version with Vista Home Premium x64, logged in as an Administrator user. So I guess the question is...what obvious setting have I missed?

    Thanks in Advance.

    Could be a few things.

    1. Does the SYSTEM account have permissions to that directory?
    2. Are the files DVR-MS or another type?

There are a few other possibilities but I'd need more info.

    Derek
