I love the feature Media Center has where if you schedule a recording and your computer is sleeping, it will be woken to record the show and once the show is finished recording it will start the idle timer and eventually go back to sleep.
A problem I'm having with MCEBuddy is that I have to set the sleep delay to be greater than the duration of the show + the duration of the conversion. Otherwise the system will go into sleep while the conversion is occuring and it will damage the converted file.
The workaround for me is to increase the idle delay in the systems power settings from 10minutes up to 2 hours. That seems pretty uneccessary if we could only have MCEBuddy prevent the system from going into standby while a conversion is underway.
