Audio out of sync - coverting UK recordings

Hi, When I convert UK DVR-MS files generally they appear ok but after a while the audio goes out of sync. I'm doing this on a Dell XPS420 running Vista Home Premium. Any ideas?

I am using 1.0.8 now, and things seem to be much better with audio - I haven't seen anything off by a significant amount. I do think that the audio lags on all the programs I have converted by maybe 200ms or so. You mentioned a mencoder option (or maybe it would be ffmpeg option now that would apply...

Hi, I'm running into the same problem on an XP Pro SP2 / MCE 1.07. The videos are not in HD resolutions. This is a somewhat related post - in particular to the audio being 5 seconds. off. I have a certain DV-RMS file (ATSC 1080i file) that when converted to any format leaves the audio being 5 seconds off. This seems different than the audio problem reported in the other thread where it gets progressively...
